SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. — Commercial & Office Cleaning

Pay: $20/hour to start — up to $27/hour through our Sparkle Up program
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time · many accounts clean after business hours
Area: San Diego County — offices, medical suites, churches, retail

You start at $20/hour . Through our Sparkle Up program you earn your way up to $27/hour based on quality, reliability, and how you take care of our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Clean offices, medical suites, churches, and retail spaces
• Restrooms, breakrooms, floors, trash, and common areas
• Restock paper and soap supplies
• Follow alarm and access procedures exactly
• Work independently or with a small crew

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable transportation — accounts are spread across the county
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Availability that may include early mornings or evenings, depending on the account
• Trustworthy with keys, codes, and alarm access
• Commercial or janitorial experience is a plus, but we train the right person
• English or Spanish — both is a plus
