About the Role We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of engaging events and promotional activities. Responsibilities Assist with organizing and coordinating events, activations, and promotional activities. Help prepare event materials, schedules, and on-site arrangements. Coordinate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly. Welcome attendees and provide information throughout events. Help maintain an organized, professional, and engaging event environment. Respond to on-site questions and help address unexpected challenges. Review event outcomes and share feedback to support future improvements. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Comfortable interacting with attendees and representing a company professionally.
