The Role
We're looking for a versatile journeyman electrician to join our service team. You'll take industrial service calls, support our senior journeyman on larger jobs, handle residential service and upgrades, and back up our commercial technician on more complex work. No two days look the same, and you'll build real range across the trade.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in industrial, commercial, and residential settings
• Install and service panels, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, and controls
• Perform residential panel upgrades and service work
• Assist with Generac standby generator installations and service
• Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
• Work to NEC and local code, and coordinate permits and inspections as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on site
• Complete job documentation and time and material tracking accurately (we use Jobber)
• Mentor and work alongside apprentices and helpers

Requirements

• Colorado journeyman electrician license, in good standing
• [3+] years of field experience as a journeyman or equivalent
• Experience in at least two of industrial, commercial, and residential service work
• Strong troubleshooting skills and solid NEC knowledge
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

• Industrial controls, motor, or three-phase experience
• Generator installation or service experience (Generac a plus)
• Comfort with mobile field-service software
• Customer-facing service experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: [$34–$50 per hour] , based on experience, with a pay review at 60 days

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift [50] lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor conditions.
