Marketing Manager - Marchay (FULLY REMOTE)

Competitive Compensation: $95k-$115k USD/year with a performance-based, discretionary bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY

Marchay is seeking a hands-on digital growth marketer with strong luxury brand instincts to lead the next evolution of our acquisition strategy.

This is not a traditional content marketing position.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, AI-native growth leader who understands how to identify opportunities, build acquisition channels, test ideas quickly, and connect marketing investment directly to qualified demand, conversion, and revenue.

You will help determine how Marchay reaches new prospective members, builds demand for emerging business lines, and creates scalable acquisition channels across SEO, social, digital discovery, partnerships, landing pages, content, and emerging platforms.

Content will be an important tool, but not the end goal. Growth is the goal.

You should be equally comfortable developing the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You will be expected to bring recommendations to the leadership team, not wait for the leadership team to tell you what to do next.

At the same time, luxury sensibility is essential. Marchay serves an affluent and highly discerning audience. You understand that successful luxury marketing cannot feel mass-market, overly promotional, or transactional.

Growth at Marchay can never come at the expense of the brand.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Build and execute Marchay’s digital growth and acquisition strategy, with a focus on generating qualified prospects, customers, members, and measurable revenue.
• Identify the most capital-efficient ways to grow Marchay’s core membership offering while supporting emerging business opportunities and new revenue streams.
• Develop and execute Marchay’s SEO and digital discovery strategy, including emerging AI-driven search.
• Build a sophisticated social acquisition strategy, with particular emphasis on Instagram and other channels relevant to luxury consumers.
• Rapidly test new channels, campaigns, landing pages, offers, partnerships, content, and acquisition ideas, then use data to determine what deserves further investment.
• Connect marketing activities to business outcomes through metrics such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, qualified lead generation, attribution, ROI, and revenue.
• Use AI extensively to research, create, personalize, optimize, automate, and scale marketing activities.
• Build marketing tools, automations, dashboards, and workflows that enable a small, entrepreneurial team to operate at a much greater scale.
• Turn Marchay’s proprietary travel expertise into high-value content and experiences that attract the right audiences and move them through the acquisition journey.
• Explore emerging opportunities across LinkedIn and B2B digital marketing as Marchay develops new technology and partnership opportunities.
• Protect and elevate Marchay’s voice, positioning, exclusivity, and reputation across every growth initiative.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of digital growth, performance marketing, or acquisition marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of measurable outcomes across conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Demonstrated experience connecting marketing initiatives to conversion, acquisition, ROI, or revenue, rather than relying solely on impressions, reach, followers, or engagement.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, digital acquisition, landing pages, analytics, conversion optimization, content distribution, and experimentation.
• Experience developing or executing social strategies, particularly on platforms relevant to premium or luxury consumers.
• Deep fluency with AI tools and demonstrated experience using AI or automation to make marketing faster, smarter, more personalized, or more scalable.
• Comfortable personally implementing new tools, workflows, experiments, and campaigns rather than relying entirely on agencies or external partners.
• Entrepreneurial and highly self-directed. You identify what needs to happen, make a recommendation, and execute.
• Commercially minded and naturally curious about the relationship between marketing activity and revenue.
• Strong judgment and an understanding of how to create demand without sacrificing premium brand positioning.
• Genuine understanding of luxury brands, luxury travel, affluent consumers, or ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
• Excellent communication and editorial judgment, with the ability to translate exceptional travel expertise into compelling marketing.
