About Us
Unspeakable is an intimate speakeasy located inside Ineffable Ca Phe in Pittsburgh. We focus on creative cocktails, quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and providing a unique experience for every guest.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Bartender who is personable, dependable, creative, and comfortable working in a small, fast-paced cocktail bar.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails consistently
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service
• Learn and execute Unspeakable's house cocktail menu
• Properly measure, mix, garnish, and present cocktails
• Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout the shift
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies
• Process guest payments accurately
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and serve responsibly
• Follow sanitation, food safety, and alcohol-service requirements
• Work closely with other team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
What We're Looking For
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Cocktail-bar or craft-cocktail experience is a plus
• Knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and basic bar techniques
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new ingredients, techniques, and cocktails
• Evening and weekend availability
• Must meet Pennsylvania requirements for serving alcohol

Schedule
This is a part-time position primarily consisting of evening and weekend shifts.
