Job Description

Clinical Research Physician / Principal Investigator

Full-Time | On-Site | Relocation Assistance Available

Join a Leading Clinical Research Organization

Our client is seeking a spanish speaking physician to join an established clinical research site as a Principal Investigator overseeing industry-sponsored clinical trials at its growing South Florida research site. This opportunity offers the ability to focus full-time on clinical research while remaining actively involved in patient care, medical decision-making, and the development of innovative therapies.

Unlike many research opportunities, this is not a start-up environment or a ground-up build. The incoming physician will inherit active studies, experienced research coordinators, dedicated regulatory support, established sponsor relationships, and a consistent pipeline of Phase I-IV clinical trials.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as Principal Investigator for industry-sponsored clinical trials
  • Provide medical oversight for Phase I-IV clinical trials
  • Evaluate and monitor study participants
  • Ensure patient safety and protocol compliance
  • Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and research partners
  • Support study enrollment and site growth initiatives
  • Work closely with an experienced research team dedicated to study execution

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Active U.S. medical license (or ability to obtain Florida licensure)
  • Clinical research experience
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • Strong patient-facing communication skills

Previous Principal Investigator experience is preferred but not required. Physicians with meaningful Sub-Investigator or clinical trial experience who are interested in stepping into a full-time Principal Investigator role are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $350,000-$380,000 Base Salary
  • Performance-Based Bonus
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays
  • CME Support
  • Relocation Assistance Available
